Member Service Representative (Part-time; 20-25 hours/week):

We have an opening for a part-time MSR in our River Street Branch. We are looking for a dynamic individual who values teamwork, collaboration and consistently provides excellent member service. Must be able to handle transactions accurately and communicate product and service features/benefits to members while working in a fast-paced environment. Math, PC, and excellent customer service skills are a must. High School diploma or GED is required.


Senior Accountant (Full-time, 40 hours/week):

Bay Federal Credit Union is looking for a dynamic, service-oriented person to join our team as a Senior Accountant.

The Senior Accountant is responsible for the management, monitoring and analysis of the Credit Union’s investment portfolio and potential investment purchases. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Reports to Management with regard to status and analysis of the credit union’s investments
• Performs regular reconciliation and analysis of Credit Union general ledger accounts
• Remains current on various regulatory and government reporting requirements
• Participates in audit and financial statement disclosure preparation
• Compiles information for monthly financial reporting and ensures adherence to generally accepted accounting principles.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in accounting related to investments, G/L postings, and monthly closing reconciliations
• Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices
• Ability to use a PC, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel at an extremely advanced level.
