Larry Hebert Appointed to Bay Federal Credit Union Board of Directors
Capitola, CA – July 1, 2011
Bay Federal Credit Union Board Chair Dennis Osmer announced the appointment of Larry Hebert to the Credit Union's all-volunteer Board of Directors.
"Larry's well-rounded knowledge of various business models brings an exciting new perspective to the board," said Mr. Osmer. "We look forward to his support of our commitment to making a real difference in financial lives of those we serve."
Mr. Hebert's professional experience includes educational, entrepreneurial, and corporate ventures. He is currently a Regional Director and Senior Class Advisor for Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management, as well as a principal in Hebert & Associates, a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, marketing, finance, raising start-up capital and CEO coaching. Mr. Hebert was the founder and owner of Body & Sole, a chain of athletic retail stores, and was principal and manager of Small Business Consultants, specializing in retail and wholesale consulting, taxes, and strategic planning. He was the region and national sales manager for Reebok International, and was co-founder, president and CEO of Sportech, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of Quikstats sports PDA's. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Auto-Graphics, a publicly held software company headquartered in Pomona, CA, and has served on other boards of directors for both profit and not-for-profit organizations.

Mr. Hebert will serve as an Associate Director until an opportunity to fill a vacancy on the board arises. Bay Federal's current Board Directors include Dennis Osmer, Bob Bugalski, H. Duane Smith, Ivonne Guzman, Michael Leung, Sheila Joyce Kellerman, and Jessica Dixon.
