Technology Specialist

Full time. Are you a well-rounded, highly experienced team player capable of working on a variety of simultaneous projects, including technology infrastructure and software development, in a fast-paced, highly service-oriented business culture? Branch Manager

Provides leadership, direction and training to branch staff in order to achieve and sustain excellent member service and operational efficiency. Maintains superior member service levels; and ensures regulatory compliance, facility safety/security as well as staff adherence with all Credit Union policies and procedures. Provides regular and ongoing coaching, feedback and developmental assistance to staff to ensure they are successful in performing their job duties and responsibilities, and can accomplish their production, member service and operations goals. Ensures that branch sales objectives and goals are met. Compiles data and reports progress towards sales/service goals as well as the impact of competitors to the VP of Member Service on a regular basis. Supports development of the branch business and marketing plans for all products and services, achieves and monitor sales goals and related measurements, as well as the sales referral process. Manages and oversees all aspects of daily operations activities of the branch, initiating process improvement, cost containment and work simplification activities, maintaining appropriate staffing and resource levels, and serving as a role model for the desired leadership behaviors that support a successful sales and service culture.

High School diploma, or equivalent, plus additional business or vocational education required. B.S., B.A. degree in related business discipline, or equivalent experience preferred. Experience creating documents in Microsoft Office and Excel software. Minimum of 2 years management experience, as well as 4 years of overall experience in a financial services environment required.


Loan Service Manager

Responsible for directing and coordinating the Loan Services Department. Acts as the liaison for the branch member experience, electronic member service, and other departments related to loan servicing and support issues, methods and procedures. Provides policy and procedure recommendations affecting lending operations. Regularly examines the Department’s policies and procedures to determine their compliance with credit union policies and other applicable rules and regulations. Reports findings and recommendations to the VP of Lending. Remains current on servicing secondary market real estate loans to include escrow accounts, tax, insurance, accounting and analysis. Manages timely reconveyance of paid loans. Remains current on business loan servicing including collateral management (DMV Titles, Deeds of Trust, UCC), insurance tracking, financial tracking and analysis. Oversees loan documentation and origination platform development, third-party service provider management, accounts payable systems, and preparation of collateral files in accordance with credit policy and established operating procedures. At least 8–10 years of progressively complex responsibilities in Residential Loan Servicing or equivalent with a minimum of two years of supervisory/management experience. One-year project management experience to include experience in researching and recommending process improvements and tracking related projects from conception to implementation.


Home and Business Lending Coordinator

Assists and supports the Home and Business Lending Department in the daily activities of the department through a variety of clerical/administrative support functions. Distributes loan/submitted files from Loan Officers to Processors. Manages the Home and Business master appointment calendar to ensure membership is well served. Assigns phone and walk-in inquiries as directed, along with internet and mail-in loan applications. Maintains reports of all phone and loan application assignments. Provides clerical/administrative support to the Processing and Home/Business Production Managers. Investigates and responds to member concerns or problems in a timely manner by interacting with various departments. Assists in the scheduling of appointments for Loan Officers. Must be knowledgeable and well versed in all Credit Union products and services in order to provide guidance to members to meet their individual needs. High School Diploma or equivalent. One to two years experience in a Lending environment; Mortgage Lending Experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to use PC’s to perform work tasks. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Software as well as familiarity with the internet.
