If you are having funds wired to your Bay Federal Credit Union account, there is no form required. You will need to provide the following information to the sender to complete the transaction: Receiving Financial Institution: Wescorp FCU, San Dimas, CA 91773 (All funds must be transferred in US dollars) Note: If the incoming wire transfer originates from a financial institution outside of the United States, the originating institution may require further information in addition to that listed above. As neither Bay Federal Credit Union nor Wescorp are assigned an IBAN or Swift Code, the originating institution may find it necessary to route the wire through their US Corresponding Bank.
