The following documents will help us to get you started:

• Complete the Home Preservation Program Materials.
• W-2 statements for the last two years.
• IRS returns for the last two years.
• Current pay stubs.
• Hardship letter explaining the circumstances of the default.
• Two months current statements for all deposit accounts (excluding your Bay Federal accounts).
• Listing agreement for the subject property, if currently listed, and current asking price.
• Any offers to purchase the subject property currently being considered
