If you are having funds wired to your Bay Federal Credit Union account, no form is required. To complete the wire transaction, you will need to provide the sender with the following information:

Rules for Incoming Wire Transfers

  • Incoming wired funds must be in U.S. dollars.
  • If the originating financial institution is located outside the United States, additional information may be required to process a wire request.
  • Bay Federal Credit Union is not required to use an IBAN or SWIFT Code (numbers associated with wire transfers in other countries). If an IBAN or SWIFT Code is requested, it may be necessary for the originating financial institution to route the wire through a U.S. Corresponding Bank first, then on to Bay Federal Credit Union.
  • For additional information regarding wire transfers, please review the Electronic Funds Transfer and Remote Deposit Capture Disclosures and Agreements, available at any Bay Federal Credit Union branch and on this website.
  • Incoming wire transfers received Monday through Friday during normal business hours are credited on the business day received. Incoming wire transfers received Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are credited on the following business day.

If you will be sending a wire from your Bay Federal Credit Union account, please use the Wire Transfer Authorization form below for all of the information that we require to process your wire transfer.

Please print and complete the form, then bring it to your local branch for processing.
