Auto Loan, Personal Loan, and Credit Card Payment Deferment

 If you have already deferred your auto loan, personal loan, and/or credit card payment(s) due to COVID-19 and need more time before resuming normal payments, please request a deferment extension here.


We understand this is a challenging time to keep up on bills for many in our community. If you have been financially affected by the COVID-19 outbreak, you may qualify for a deferment of your auto loan, personal loan, or Bay Federal Visa Credit Card payments for 90 days. There is no fee to take advantage of this option and these payments will be added to the end of the loan. The interest will continue to accrue during the deferred period, and the maturity date will be extended. You may defer multiple loans, if necessary.

To start this process, please use the form below and indicate which loan type(s) you would like to defer. You may check all that apply. If you are eligible to defer your payments, you will receive confirmation by mail within 7 to 10 business days. You will also see your payment date(s) updated in online and mobile banking.

Due to the volume of requests, your request may take some time to process. You do NOT need to make your payments for the loans you are requesting a deferment on as you wait for the processing to complete.
