Bay Federal Credit Union has promoted Patty Winters to the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Development. Mrs. Winters joined the Credit Union as an Assistant Vice President in late 2012, coming with over twelve years of senior level management experience. During the past year, she has been instrumental in delivering a multitude of human resources projects and cross training her team to better serve the employees of Bay Federal. Winters has also streamlined internal procedures and produced significant cost savings to the Credit Union and its members. Bay Federal looks forward to Mrs. Winter's continued contributions in her new role.
