Santa Cruz Area Chamber of Commerce Networking Mixer to Follow
Capitola, CA – November 5, 2018 – Bay Federal Credit Union and the Santa Cruz Area Chamber of Commerce will co-host a networking mixer and ribbon cutting to celebrate the Credit Union’s remodeled River Street Branch from 5-7 PM on Thursday, November 15.
The River Street Branch, which is located at 420 River Street in Santa Cruz, underwent an extensive remodel over the summer. The public is invited to the free networking event to enjoy light appetizers, conversation, and a first-hand look at the renovations.
The branch was transformed with a bright and airy atmosphere. Across from private offices and state-of-the-art teller pods, a water fountain allows visitors to easily refill their reusable bottles. The branch is also fully accessible and compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
“Our vision was to create a modern and streamlined banking experience,” said Bay Federal President and CEO, Carrie Birkhofer. “Our online and mobile banking capabilities have advanced so that members can accomplish most of their needs from home, but for those times when they need to come into a branch, we really want to offer the best possible experience.”
