Capitola, CA – February 1, 2022 – Bay Federal Credit Union has announced the promotion of Susan Riddle and her new role as the Board and Executive Engagement Manager of the Credit Union. In this position, she will lead all activities relating to managing the meetings, events, and activity with the Credit Union’s Board of Directors and Executive Team.
Ms. Riddle joined Bay Federal in 2011 in the role of Executive Assistant. She also serves on Bay Federal’s Community Support Committee, which organizes fundraising and volunteer opportunities for employees year-round. Ms. Riddle was the recipient of the Service Excellence Award, the Credit Union’s highest honor, in 2014. She also was named a finalist for the Spirit Award at the inaugural Silicon Valley Admin Awards in 2016.

Ms. Riddle is a University of Wisconsin at Green Bay alumna and resides in Freedom with her husband and dog.
