Your stimulus payment will be directly deposited to your account if the IRS has your checking or savings account information. The IRS already has your information if you:
- Included your account information on your 2018 or 2019 tax return; or
- Receive a direct deposit of your Social Security retirement or disability benefits or Railroad Retirement benefits into your account.
If you would like your stimulus payment to be deposited to your checking or savings account, you can enter your account information into the Get My Payment tool on the IRS website.
Bay Federal’s routing number is 321177706; your account number can be found on your monthly statement, on BayFedOnline, or in the mobile app (select the account and tap “Details” near the account balance).
If you do receive a check for your stimulus payment, be sure to properly endorse the check with your signature and account number before depositing it to your account. If using the BayFed Mobile app to make a mobile check deposit, please also add “For Mobile Deposit Only” to your endorsement, to ensure the deposit is accepted.
