Important Update: The BayFedCards App is Retired
The BayFed Cards App has been retired and is no longer available to our members.
However, new and improved card controls and alerts are now available directly in BayFedOnline and the BayFed Mobile app! This enhancement gives you a more seamless and integrated experience for managing your cards and accounts in one place.

What can you do in Card Management?
Choose from notifications, texts, or emails by setting up customized alerts for you Bay Federal Visa card.
For example, you can ask to be sent an alert anytime there's a charge over a specified amount.
You can also set up alerts for e-commerce transactions, ATM withdrawals, or transactions outside of the U.S.
If you misplace your card, you can easily deactivate it and then reactivate it again when you find it.
- Select the card you want to suspend, then tap the slider next to “Card Active.”
- Easily reactivate your card by returning to Card Management and using the same slider.
If you are taking a trip out of the area, you no longer need to file a travel note to use your cards! With the improvements in fraud protection technology, any debit or credit card with an EMV chip will work wherever you travel. You can always call the number on the back on your card in the unlikely event that you experience any issues.
Card Management is conveniently located inside BayFedOnline and the BayFed Mobile app. Once you are logged in, locate Card Management under Additional Services in online banking, or under My Services in the mobile app.
