We are aware of recent reports of scam attempts targeting Bay Federal members. These scams may involve phone calls or messages that appear to come from Bay Federal Credit Union or other businesses, asking members to provide personal or account information, including one-time PINs, online banking credentials, or other sensitive details.

Please remember:
Bay Federal employees will NEVER ask you to share your online banking password, one-time PINs, or full card numbers over the phone, via text, or by email.

If you receive a suspicious call, message, or email:

Hang up immediately if you’re on a call.
