During the holidays, there may be an increase in fraud attempts, particuarly spoofing. These scams may involve phone calls or messages that appear to come from Bay Federal Credit Union, asking members to confirm transactions and provide personal or account information, including one-time PINs, online banking credentials, or other sensitive details.
Please remember:
Bay Federal employees will NEVER ask you to share your online banking password, one-time PINs, or full card numbers over the phone, via text, or by email.

The results are in….. Bay Federal Credit Union has earned the “Best Places to Work in the Bay Area” designation! Over 500 applicants, the largest pool of entrants ever, were considered by the nomination committee. Only 132 were selected, and Bay Federal Credit Union was among them! Even better yet, we were the ONLY business recognized from Santa Cruz County, and the only Credit Union named as a finalist!
