Bay Federal Announces Promotion of Jessika Wilson to Assistant Vice President Human Resources

Capitola, CA – April 25, 2023 – Bay Federal Credit Union recently announced the promotion of Jessika Wilson to Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. 

Ms. Wilson has been with Bay Federal for four years as the Employee Engagement Manager, where she has been revamping the Credit Union’s recruiting, new hire onboarding, and orientation processes for the last year. She earns her position as Assistant Vice President with credit to her forward thinking and results driven strategies. 

In this new position, Ms. Wilson will be responsible for the implementation and management of all Human Resource systems and programs. Ms. Wilson will assume responsibility for compensation analysis, performance, benefits program management, payroll management, and audits.

Ms. Wilson serves as the chairperson of the Credit Union’s internal committee, “The Fun Squad”, which facilitates a variety of employee engagement days, and is a member of the Community Support Team. She is a participant in Leadership Santa Cruz County’s class of 2023.
