Bay Federal Credit Union Announces Promotion of Brooke Morley to SVP, Chief Lending and Product Officer

Capitola, CA – October 14, 2025 - Bay Federal Credit Union is proud to announce the promotion of Brooke Morley to Senior Vice President, Chief Lending and Product Officer (SVP, CLPO). In this expanded role, Ms. Morley will lead the strategic vision, strategy, and execution for the Credit Union’s consumer, mortgage, indirect, deposit, card, and servicing portfolios. She will focus on delivering innovative financial products and services while ensuring exceptional member experiences, regulatory compliance, and sound risk management practices.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, Ms. Morley will oversee product design, lending strategy, portfolio management, and service delivery, while working closely with the Chief Business Services Officer to align business lending with enterprise-wide credit and product strategies.

Brooke first joined Bay Federal in 2008 as Assistant Vice President, Lending. After gaining additional leadership experience at other credit unions, she returned in 2021 as Vice President, Asset Management. Since then, she has advanced through several leadership roles—including Vice President, Deposit & Loan Services and Senior Vice President, Chief Product Officer—before being appointed to her current position.

Ms. Morley holds two bachelor’s degrees from Santa Clara University, one in Economics and one in Finance, and is a Leadership Santa Cruz County graduate.
