Capitola, CA – May 30, 2023 – Bay Federal Credit Union is pleased to welcome Stephanie Como to the organization as their Vice President, Digital Services. In this position, Ms. Como will oversee member interactions with Bay Federal Credit Union through digital channels including online and mobile banking platforms, the member service center, and the digital lending team.
Ms. Como joins Bay Federal with over 15 years of financial industry experience and nine years of credit union experience. She brings with her expertise in user experience optimization, process excellence, and project management.

Ms. Como earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Ave Maria University and has continued her education with multiple professional certificates including Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Journey Mapping, and UX. Apart from empowering her team to achieve amazing goals, she loves spending time at the beach with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
