What Happens When Your Card Number Changes?

As a member benefit, all Bay Federal cardholders are automatically enrolled in the VISA Account Updater service. This allows many major retailers and service providers to securely update your card information when you get a replacement card.

This way, your scheduled payments can continue uninterrupted.

We still recommend contacting the merchants that have your old card on file, but if they are an Account Updater partner, they may already have your new info!

Opt Out Request Form

If you would like to opt out of the VISA Account Updater service, please complete this form for the new card you would like to exclude once you have received it. You will get a confirmation email once your request is complete (within 3 days).
