Important Update: BayFed Cards App Transition
The BayFed Cards App is no longer available for download from app stores. If you already have the app installed, you can continue to use it through the end of July 2025.
We’re excited to share that new and improved card controls and alerts will be available directly in BayFedOnline and the BayFed Mobile App starting later this summer! This enhancement will give you a more seamless and integrated experience for managing your cards and accounts in one place.
What this means for you:
- If you have the BayFed Cards App installed, you can continue using it until the end of July.
- If you don’t have the app, you won’t be able to download it, but you’ll soon get the same great features in BayFedOnline and the BayFed Mobile App.
- Stay tuned for updates as we get closer to the transition date!

What does the BayFedCards app do?
Choose from notifications, texts, or emails by setting up customized alerts for you Bay Federal VISA card.
For example, you can ask to be sent an alert anytime there's a charge over a specified amount.
You can also set up alerts for e-commerce transactions, ATM withdrawals, or transactions outside of the U.S.
If you misplace your card, you can easily turn it off and then turn it on again when you find it.
- Tap the card you want to suspend, then tap the slider next to “Suspend.”
- Easily reactivate your card by returning to the app and tapping the card image.
Turning on Location Match can help your transactions be approved while you travel. When you make a transaction, the app will verify that your phone and the transaction are in the same place.
