Please note that messaging frequency depends on account activity. For more information, text HELP to 23618. To cancel fraud text messaging services at any time, simply reply STOP to any alert from your mobile device. For fraud alerts support, call 831.479.6000 or 888.4BAYFED, option 3, during normal business hours or 877.886.3218 during non-business hours.
